Welcome to The Cheeserie.  This is the first official post on the site and I thought I would get something up here.  I’m in the process of creating pages that will detal the process of my recipes, aging and equipment involved in the cheesemaking process.  Please be sure to check out www.cheeseforum.org and you can find posts by me there under the name chilipepper.

Be sure to check back soon as much will change over the next couple of weeks.

PLEASE NOTE: This is the date this site went online however, I’ll be back dating some posting to reflect the creation dates of certain cheeses that are in the cave.
